We cast and direct native-language voice talent, matching performance rhythm and emotional register so the dubbed version earns the same reaction as the original.

Cultural references, idioms, and timing are handled at the script stage — not as afterthoughts. Subtitles read naturally because the writing was done deliberately.

From concept through final cut, we develop and produce content for East African audiences — writing, directing, and delivering work that was never adapted from anything else.

Every project opens with a script annotation pass — marking cultural references, register shifts, and timing constraints before a single line is recorded.

Clients review annotated drafts and attend direction sessions. Final QC compares the adapted version against the original intent, not just the source words.
